Intake Agreement

1. Our Client has delivered the article(s) listed above ("Article") to JewelryWay for the purpose of our potential offer to purchase the article(s) ("Offer").
2. Title to the Article(s) will remain with our Client until we have given him/her an Offer to purchase the Article(s) and our Client has accepted our Offer according to the method specified in our Offer.
3. Our Client understands that the Article(s) will be returned to him/her upon demand, unless he/she agrees to sell us the Article(s) to sign our Purchase Form. Our Client may request any or all of the Articles to be returned, by sending written notice to us at: JEWELRYWAY 589 FIFTH AVE. NEW YORK NY 10017. Our Client agrees that we will have a reasonable time period after such demand is given to return the Article(s).
4. We will return the Article(s) to our Client in the same condition received if not purchased by us.
5. The Article(s) are being delivered for potential sale to JewelryWay in the City and State of New York and all rights of the parties, including those pertaining to the Article(s), are to be determined in accordance with New York law. Our Client agrees that we are not responsible for any special or consequential damages, including punitive damages, for loss or damage to the Article(s).
6. Our Client has read the above agreement and agrees to these terms.
